You cannot out-train a bad diet, henceforth, eating healthy is just as important as exercising.

It is a common goal for most Academy girls to work out regularly, maintain a healthy diet, and to generally live a healthy lifestyle. However, with rigorous academic and extracurricular schedules, it can be hard to find time to go to the gym. Using an online workout program can prove to be beneficial, as it can be accessed from the comfort of your own home, on your own time, and most of them also include meal plans and recipes to help structure an all around healthy lifestyle. Below are ten of the best online fitness programs:

1.Kayla Itsines BBG Sweat with Kayla

COST: $19.99/month, $54.99/3 months

The program offers a free seven day trial, and if that is not enough to inspire someone to get in shape, take a look through some of the before and after transformations that women who have used this program have shared on the app of the website. The creator of the program also recently published a book, “28 Day Healthy Eating and Lifestyle Guide” that has been featured on platforms including Daily Mail, Today, Women’s Health, The New York Times, Cosmopolitan, Popsugar, The View, and more.
